TRANSPORT FOR SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 17TH

Bad Hobbit, affectionately renamed Dildo Baggins, will be the hare for the next hash. He promised some stunning scenery but there’s a catch: it is a bit further than we are accustomed to, around 35 km from town.

I’ll post the directions next weekend, when I get a more precise location from Bad Hobbit.

In the meantime, if you need a ride, please contact me at 09-9139-4240 ASAP so we can arrange transport. Shocking didn’t seem to mind if we totalled one of his cars…

August 27th Hash - Directions

With the amount of rain that has been falling, I made an effort to keep this Hash as flat and dry as possible. It will be a very "runnable" 7k in the rice fields.

Start time: 4PM

From the King Mengrai monument.

-Head east on the 1232
-Cross the airport highway and stay on the 1232 for 3k.
-Turn left when you see the sign for the Waterford Valley (see picture below)
-Follow the road for 2.3k. The start will be on your left, next to the river.
